Our inquiry forms collect your name, business email, message and any optional business contact information you choose to provide. The carrier inquiry also asks for equipment information and may include your company, MC number, fleet size and preferred lanes.

We use information to respond to inquiries, discuss dispatch services and coordinate carrier setup and service. Submitting an inquiry authorizes a response about that inquiry; it does not enroll you in marketing texts.

Service Providers And Sharing

Our hosting and email providers process information needed to operate the website and deliver messages. We do not sell inquiry information or share mobile information with third parties for their marketing. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

Cookies And Technical Data

The website and hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, security logs and cookies needed for website functions, administration and security. No advertising analytics have been added as part of this website build.

Confidential Documents

The website forms are for initial inquiries, not document submission. Do not send tax IDs, bank details, passwords, card information or confidential carrier documents through these forms. Required carrier documents are coordinated privately during onboarding.

Retention And Your Requests

Inquiries are stored privately in WordPress and delivered to our business email for follow-up and service records. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you provided. We may retain records when needed for service, security or legal obligations.
