Answers Before Your Next Load

What Is Included In Dispatch Service?

Load search and booking, rate negotiation, broker setup paperwork, rate confirmations, BOL and POD coordination, invoicing assistance, factoring coordination, payment follow-ups and 24/7 dispatch support.

Do You Force Dispatch Or Require A Long-Term Contract?

No. You choose the loads you want to accept. Carrier setup includes a dispatch agreement covering the service and fees, without a long-term commitment.

Which Equipment Do You Support?

Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Step Deck, RGN, Conestoga, Power Only, Lowboy, Box Truck and Hot Shot. We do not service sprinter vans, cargo vans, car haulers, livestock trailers or grain hoppers.

How Do I Get Started?

Complete the carrier inquiry form. Our team will discuss your operation, confirm the service plan and coordinate your carrier setup privately. Setup generally includes a W9, Certificate of Insurance, MC Authority Letter and factoring NOA if applicable. Previous rate confirmations may be helpful if available. Do not upload confidential documents through the website inquiry form.

How Are Dispatch Fees Billed?

No upfront dispatch fee is required. Our accounting team invoices weekly after service, under your agreed plan. Semi dispatch is 5% per load or $300 weekly; box truck and hot shot dispatch is 10% per load or $350 weekly. Fleet and local options are available.

Who Receives The Broker’s Payment?

Load payments go directly to your carrier company or factoring company. Loads are booked under your carrier authority.

Do You Help With Detention, Layover And TONU?

Yes. We help communicate, document and follow up on requests when applicable. Approval and payment depend on broker terms and the facts of the load.

Can You Guarantee Rates, Dedicated Lanes Or Weekly Earnings?

No. We negotiate for better rates and search around your preferences, but availability and earnings depend on the freight market, equipment, location and broker requirements.

Can You Support Weekends And Holidays?

Yes. Our dispatch team offers 24/7 support, including weekends and holidays, for carriers working with us.

Will You Ask For Bank Passwords Or Publish My Documents?

No. Our inquiry forms collect basic contact and equipment information only. Never send passwords, PINs or card details. Carrier documents and payment arrangements are handled privately during setup.
